Currently under construction, 170 Oxford Terrace in Christchurch, also known as Project Ark or Noah’s Hotel, is a multi-storey hotel development featuring aluminium cladding supplied and installed by CLADD.

CLADD is completing the cladding to the top two floors of the building, using the Flashclad V Series 185 system to deliver a clean, consistent finish across the upper levels.
